New Appulate email template
One more Standard email template has been added for agency and market users.
We have expanded our list of templates to make correspondence between agencies and the insured on the one hand and markets and agencies on the other hand less time-consuming.
Agency users with role “Admin” can find the new Reply to insured template on the Standard Templates tab of the Email Templates page. This template contains a message to the insured regarding their policy or request for quote. Use the parameters featured on the right to customize your template.

New Insurance lines option – Package Personal
Our insurance line “Package – Personal” now allows your company to offer several Personal insurance lines at once. By choosing this option, you gain an opportunity to create a customized insurance package for your personal clients’ convenience.
The set of coverage lines for “Package Personal” can be configured by a market user on the Insurance Lines page. Any Personal insurance line can be chosen. At least one item must be included in the package. To open the page, click Insurance Lines on the Setup menu. Agency users can view the list of items selected by the markets they work with.
When a user selects the insurance line “Package – Personal” on a new request for quote, they can configure an insurance package by choosing a set of coverage lines from the drop-down list. For agent users, items are included in the list depending on which coverage lines are supported by their selected markets. For market users, the list consists of the coverage lines they selected on the Insurance Lines page.
To add a coverage line, click the empty box in the Coverage Lines row and select an item.
