Newbury Park, CA – Appulate, Inc. announces the launch of its new Contractors’ General Liability line. This highly anticipated addition to Appulate’s popular tool for completing commercial insurance supplemental applications will officially launch on April, 20th 2006.
Appulate launched its first line this past July with the goal of providing a web-based tool that would help agents and brokers with the completion of their Workers’ Compensation supplemental applications. The Workers’ Compensation tool is now used by more than 600 users in California.
The new Contractors’ line will feature the same functionality as is present with the Workers’ Compensation tool, however users will be able to cross populate information between the two lines if they write both for a single customer.
“There is huge demand coming from agents and brokers here in California for us to automate the completion of Contractors’ supplementals”, said Dimitri Nikouline, Chief Technology Officer, Appulate, Inc. “The Contractors’ forms are more lengthy and more complicated than Workers’ Compensation and I’m confident that our tool will save lots of time for our customers”.
Initially, users will have access to about 20 carriers in California. Appulate plans to add more than 40 carriers by early summer. The company now offers more than 70 carrier supplementals for its Workers’ Compensation line.
