Agents Can Now Submit to FirstComp’s 1stQuote Directly From Their Agency Management Systems
Omaha, NE – May 24,, 2012 FirstComp, a Markel Corporation Company has launched the ability for its agents to upload their submissions directly from the agent’s management system. The technology is called, Uplink™ and it is provided to allow FirstComp’s agent partners even more efficiency in submitting business to FirstComp’s popular 1stQuote system.
Uplink is provided to FirstComp’s agents at no cost and can be setup in fewer than 5 minutes. The technology will save time for agents as it will use ACORD data from the management system to populate 1stQuote. “FirstComp has been a leader in automating the submission process for its agents,” said Dimitri Nikouline, Chief Technology Officer at Appulate. “In working with them thus far, we have been impressed with their desire to make it as easy as possible for agents to do business with them,” added Nikouline.
