This new functionality corresponds with State Fund’s new agent portal website, “PriceNow” which offers agents real-time rating and quoting capabilities. Using Appulate, retail agents that are appointed with State Fund can bridge ACORD data directly from their agency management system to the “PriceNow” website – reducing data entry. “The agent community is excited,” said Vanessa Duliere, Appulate’s Manager of Client Services. “State Fund is a market that agents have long found to be cumbersome to work with and we are thrilled to help make it easier for agents,” mentions Duliere. Appulate’s upload solution, “Uplink™” is a virtual print-driver that allows agents to print ACORD forms directly from their agency management system, which uploads them on to the markets they select.
