Annual Event Brings Agents And Carriers Together** Westlake Village, CA – May 20, 2019 Appulate, “Where Agents, MGAs & Carriers Do Business Digitally™ is excited to announce that it’s annual event, “AppulateConnect” was a great success. Now in its 4th year, Appulate brought together its customers, partners and friends for a 2 day consortium style event that featured both user-group content as well as industry related thought leadership. The conference highlight was a carrier panel with speakers from Markel, Hiscox and Employers that discussed the use of APIs to promote a better point of sale experience for agents. Other content included digital marketing discussions and a preview of Appulate 8.0. Additionally, Appulate invited many of its agency users to attend and participate. Appulate’s agency network is now more than 30,000 across the U.S. and is eager to utilize Appulate to not only connect to their markets, but find and submit to other markets that have been automated using Appulate. The site for AppulateConnect19 was the Four Seasons Westlake Village, located in Southern California. The resort provided guests a comfortable and relaxing setting as well as nearly perfect weather. Many of Appulate’s guests traveled from parts of the country where winter weather was still present and cherished the 75 degree temperatures during Appulate’s patio lunches. The event concluded with a hosted dinner by Appulate at the iconic Malibu restaurant, Nobu. There, guests were served a multi course meal featuring a variety of Japanese inspired dishes as they gazed out over the Pacific Ocean. “Our event brings together the savviest organizations in the insurance industry”, said Jeff Harris, Appulate’s President. “We are proud to provide this experience and are already looking forward to next year”, commented Harris. AppulateConnect20 is scheduled for March 24/25, 2020. Information on the event can be found at www.AppulateConnect.com. **About Appulate, Inc.** The digital age is rapidly changing the way agents quote business with their carriers. Long gone is the fax machine – replaced by mobility and algorithms. Today, agents (and the insureds they represent) demand instant gratification. If business can’t be conducted quickly, customers go elsewhere. Appulate powers the digital transformation of insurance by bringing together the insured, agent, wholesale broker, MGA and carrier on a single “point of sale” platform designed to expedite the rate, quote and even bind process for property and casualty risks. Carriers and MGAs use Appulate to not only digitize their products and programs, but further expose them to the more than 30,000 agencies using Appulate today. **Appulate is where Agents, MGAs & Carriers do business digitally!** Visit Appulate at [www.Appulate.com](http://www.Appulate.com).
