Appulate user maintenance events now available in Activities Page

Restrict non-admin users from selecting/unselecting markets
New option (in settings) which will allow you to control the user(s) (admin or non-admin) that can select or unselect markets for your account.
Go to Setup -> Settings -> Security Settings
If the check box is selected, non-admin users will be able to select or unselect a market and filter the lines of business that appear for submissions.
Users can now enter Shared and Private Notes
Two new tabs have been added to the notes section for Shared Notes and Private notes. Here users can enter and edit notes related to a submission.
Shared notes are visible not just to the agent/broker but to any carrier/market the submission went to. Private notes are visible only to the agent/broker (company generating the submission).
Ability to designate regions in Appulate (for Markets)
Markets can now set up and describe regions. For example if the market works in California and Texas, it can specify that by adding regions in the setup area.
Go to Company -> Setup -> Add Region
Additionally if the “Break up my agencies by regions” is selected in the settings area, the market can assign any agencies to corresponding regions.
The main influence of this feature on system behavior is the submission notifications.
For example, if the market user is assigned to a particular region and has the “Submission Notification = From Agencies in Regions Associated with My Location”, then that market user will receive all of the submissions coming through from that region.
Comparative Rater- Remove Fudge factor (for Markets)
Base rate was non-editable. Fudge Factor was editable.
Old Screen:
Now Fudge Factor was removed and the Base rates are editable to fine-tune the quote.
